My Therapeutic Approach
In my therapy sessions, I utilize Integrative and Humanistic Therapy models which means I blend various techniques to best meet your needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, IFS, MBCT, MI, and SFBT.
I also incorporate principles from the Gottman Method (note: I am not certified in this method, though I'm well educated). Additionally, I integrate mindfulness exercises and self-compassion work to aid in stress reduction, enhance self-awareness, and foster emotional regulation. This comprehensive approach ensures a personalized and holistic therapeutic experience.
