About Jessica
Who am I?
Hi, I’m Jessica. A therapist who specializes in anxiety, relationships, and the identity shifts that come with life transitions. I work with both individuals and couples, and I’m especially attuned to the challenges that show up during periods of stress, parenting, or major life changes.
Beyond Therapy
In addition to my therapeutic work, my skills and experience extend to consulting, workshop facilitation, and public speaking. These roles leverage my ability to synthesize and communicate complex psychological concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, making a meaningful impact across various settings.
Educational Background
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and applying this knowledge to help others in diverse capacities, both within and beyond the therapy room.
Personal Note
I'm both a mother and a wife, and I also engage in therapy. I believe in its power as both a preventative and a curative intervention for our well-being. I truly love what I do, and I’m looking forward to meeting you.
