About Jessica
Who am I?
I am a California-based psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. I excel at helping couples, especially those in the parenting stage, reconnect with themselves and their partners. My services utilize self-compassion and mindfulness, and I value creativity, curiosity, and humor as essential tools in our therapeutic journey.
Beyond Therapy
In addition to my therapeutic work, my skills and experience extend to consulting, workshop facilitation, and public speaking. These roles leverage my ability to synthesize and communicate complex psychological concepts in an accessible and engaging manner, making a meaningful impact across various settings.
Educational Background
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University, I am deeply committed to lifelong learning and applying this knowledge to help others in diverse capacities, both within and beyond the therapy room.
Personal Note
I'm both a mother and a wife, and I also engage in therapy. I believe in its power as both a preventative and a curative intervention for our well-being. I truly love what I do, and Iām looking forward to meeting you.
