Relationships
worth staying in.
Lives worth wanting.
Before it breaks. After it bends. There's a way through.
There's a growing distance between the life you have and the one you actually want. The ache of being loved yet feeling lonely. The exhaustion of keeping everything afloat. The confusion of not recognizing the person looking back at you in the mirror or beside you in the bedroom. Something needs to change.
You're in the right place.
I'm Jessica, and I'd love to help.
Does this look like your recent search history?
For Couples
"Is my relationship healthy?"
"Why do I feel so lonely in my marriage?"
"How often do married couples have sex?"
"What counts as emotional cheating?"
"How to save my marriage"
Whatever brought you here, you're in the right place. You don't have to answer these alone.
For Individuals
“Coping skills for anxiety”
"How to not yell at my kids"
"What are intrusive thoughts?"
"Symptoms of postpartum depression"
"Is it normal to worry about everything?"
However you landed here, you're in the right place. You don't have to carry this alone.
Therapy with a point of view
I've spent over 20 years in my field figuring out the kind of therapist I want to be and who I want to work with. I blend my clinical training with authenticity and intention, but here's what I know matters most: whether you feel connected and comfortable in the room with me.
The research backs this up. The single best predictor of success in therapy isn't the modality or the technique. It's the rapport between you and your therapist. Everything else is built on that.
I value frameworks and tools with the same reverence as compassion and laughter and I'm always evolving.
I believe in therapy's power as both a preventative and a curative intervention for our well-being. I truly love what I do, and I'm looking forward to meeting you.
Where I can help

The perfectionist. The people-pleaser. The one with imposter syndrome who somehow convinced everyone else they have it together. I work with people who are navigating the gap between who they appear to be and who they actually feel like on the inside.
